I am a committed and hard worker who will always aim to excel. During my time at university I have gained a solid range of techniques suited to the costume world. I have good time management and organisation skills. I am in possession of a clean driving license.
Experience
The National Trust - Maker - January-May 2014
- For my final major project I created a selection of 18th century garments to be tried on by visitors to a national trust property.
Persuasion - Dresser - January 2014
- Principle dresser on AUB’s production of Persuasion at the Pavilion Dance Theatre, directed by Helen Watts and designed by Natasha Reid.
Grimm tales - Maker - November-December 2013
- I created a tailored ‘Duck Jacket’ for AUB’s production of Grimm Tales at the AUB Studio Theatre, directed by Sean Aita and designed by Gemma Avant.
Seasons Greetings - Dresser - November 2013
- Dresser on AUB’s production of Seasons Greetings at the AUB Studio Theatre, directed by Karen Henson and designed by Harriet Stanton.
Emil and the Detectives - Maker - October-November 2013
- Tailored coat, skirt and blouse created for a children's chorus member. Directed by Bijan Sheibani and designed by Bunny Christie.
Les Miserables - Work Experience - April 2013
- A one week placement on the west end production of Les Miserables in the wardrobe department.
The Royal Opera House - Maker - March-April 2013
- A two week placement in the women’s work room at the Royal Opera House. During this time I worked on principle and chorus costumes for the 2013 season which included Raven Girl, La Donna del Iago and Nabucco.
